Transferring the iconic Cobra shape into pure clear glass gives the sensuous natural shape a whole new dimension. The water carafe’s organic form makes a stylish addition to a dining table but also has a practical side too as the narrow neck makes the decanter easy to hold and pour. German-born designer Constantin Wortmann believes that ‘form follows emotions’ and that design need not take itself too seriously. His Cobra collection for Georg Jensen illustrates that philosophy with its simplicity, beauty and quirkiness. The carafe is made of clear glass and can hold up to 0.75 litres of water, juice or wine.
