Shipping, returns, and payment terms apply to orders placed with ALINA & K, VAT BE 0754.628.425, Belgium.
1. Delivery regions
We deliver across europe and selected international destinations. Availability depends on carrier coverage and product restrictions.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Eligible standard free-shipping thresholds may start from €120 and are shown in your cart and checkout summary.
How shipping is evaluated
- We first determine the delivery zone based on the destination country and then show the available standard or express methods for that zone.
- Shipping is priced using the parcel's billable weight. This means we compare the actual product weight with the volumetric weight based on package dimensions and use the higher value.
- Large or heavy items may disable express delivery or add an oversized surcharge, depending on the carrier limits for the selected destination.
- If your order qualifies for an eligible standard free-shipping threshold, that option is shown at checkout. The final delivery price is confirmed before payment.
3. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Actual delivery may vary due to customs, peak seasons, weather, or carrier delays.
4. Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact support promptly so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
5. Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging unless consumer law states otherwise. Return shipping is normally arranged by the customer. Faulty or incorrect items are handled by us. Where required by law, the original standard delivery charge is also reimbursed.
