Opus Prima — Wok with Lid, 30 cm

The Opus Prima wok with lid. Its wide, rounded base heats up fast while the tall sides stay cooler, so one pan can sear, stir-fry and deep-fry, then simmer under the lid; it is large enough to cook for the whole family. The body is clad stainless steel with a thick aluminum alloy core, so it heats quickly and evenly; the stainless steel lining is easy to clean. The outer stainless steel layer is hammered by Ruffoni's artisans in Italy and works on every hob, including induction.

The stainless steel handles are decorated with leaves, and the lid is crowned with a tomato knob cast in stainless steel.
