Pasta Pot with Insert

In Italy, when making pasta, we always reserve some cooking water – it smooths out sauces and helps them cling to the pasta just the way they should. That’s why we designed the Pasta Pot: a compact stockpot with a perfectly fitting strainer insert that lets you lift and drain pasta easily, while keeping the cooking water in the pot for your sauce. Practical and versatile, it’s the go-to pot for everyday pasta meals – and just as handy for simmering stocks, soups, or a comforting minestrone. 

Made with best-in-class clad stainless steel: a thick core of super conductive aluminum alloy guarantees great responsiveness, ensuring food will not burn or overcook. The inside is lined in brushed stainless steel, practical and easy to clean, whilst the external stainless steel layer is induction-ready and hammered by our master artisans to ensure lasting beauty. The stainless steel handles are decorated with delicate leaves, and the lid is crowned by a silver-plated knob shaped like two garlic cloves, crafted by our partner silversmiths in Milan.
